Lucy’s Pilates classes offer a friendly and fun environment for all abilities.  For me personally it is an hour that is for myself once a week and my lower back pains are completely sorted! It has definitely helped both my physical and mental well being.

I have only been doing Pilates for a month if that and I went to two classes before lock down set in and I loved it. Lucy makes you feel really welcome and relaxed. I’ve never done Pilates before and have been doing it to help with my core strength for running. I’m now running and feel so much stronger.
Lucy is knowledgeable and shows you different levels to perform the exercise at. I’m doing the online sessions via zoom now and those are great too. I would definitely recommend core balance with Lucy. 5 stars

I’ve been doing pilates with Lucy for 6 months and my core strength has massively improved in this time. No two classes are the same so you never get bored and Lucy is so positive and encouraging and the classes are really fun. An added bonus is that I’ve also got faster at running! Thanks Lucy!
